Lottery Singapore (Private) Limited

Lottery Singapore (Private) Limited is a state-owned lottery subsidiary company incorporated in 1968 to curb illegal gambling. Since 1 May 2004, it is the sole legal bookmaker and totalisator for association football and motor racing betting in Singapore.

Unlike live casino games that requires you to make a calculated betting decision, lottery games can be a lot more random. The most you can do is try and figure out some winning number patterns in the past and stay updated with the draw results.

The odds of winning a Singapore jackpot are good enough to be comparable with some of the world’s biggest lotteries like US Powerball and Eurojackpot. But the prize structure varies from one lottery to another.

4D, Toto and Singapore Sweep are the three major lottery games run by Singapore Pools. Each has a different prize structure, and there are seven prize tiers.

Toto is a game of chance where you choose six numbers from 1 to 49 and an additional number to increase your chances of winning. It is drawn twice a week on Monday and Thursday at 6.30 pm.

There are 23 sets of winning numbers in each 4D draw, and prizes can be as high as 5,000 dollars. To win a prize, you must match at least three of the numbers drawn.

The results of the draws can be found on the official website and through a mobile app. Winners can also claim their prizes at authorized Singapore Pools venues. However, winners must wait 180 days after the date of the drawing to collect their prize.
